Where we ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories – please note delivery times may vary for non-contiguous areas)
- Canada (all provinces)
We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Carriers
For orders to the United States, we primarily ship via USPS. For orders to Canada, we primarily ship via Canada Post. In rare cases (e.g., oversized packages), we may use an alternative carrier (UPS or FedEx) at no extra cost to you. The carrier is selected automatically based on your shipping address.
Customs, duties & taxes (Canada only)
For Canadian orders, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@rhodeeshop.online. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
