30‑day return window
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return conditions
To qualify for a free return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original, unopened packaging (seals and safety seals must be intact)
- In the same condition you received it, with all tags, seals, and accessories
- Returned due to a quality issue (manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival) or because you changed your mind – we accept both reasons, however:
- If you changed your mind, the product must remain unopened and unused (seals intact).
- Opened or tested products can only be returned if there is a confirmed quality issue.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned without original seals will not be eligible for a refund.
Free returns – no restocking fee
- We provide free returns for all eligible items.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email upon request.
- There is no restocking fee.
How to return an item
- Contact our support team at info@rhodeeshop.online with your order number and reason for return.
- Within 1 business day, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier’s location.

Refund processing time
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 1–2 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/color, please return the original item and place a new order.
